O'Neill's School Community Council The School Community Council (S.C.C.) provides a forum for parents, community members, students, teachers and administrators to work together to share ideas regarding education and the school community. The meetings are open and everyone is welcome to attend. The council consists of elected members from each of the following categories:

Through our partnership with parents, students, staff and the community, the council shares in the responsibility of enhancing and promoting educational excellence.
