Food Drive Results

This year's Holiday Food Drive raised over 1500 "points"¹ and approximately 700 items.  Following on the heels of the "Dare to Care" week, several teachers were "Dared to Dare" to encourage donations.  Although students will get to enjoy the sight of Mr. Markham getting his legs waxed and Miss Terry getting a pie in the face, they did not reach the point level necessary to send Ms. Cho into the holidays sporting a "Cho-hawk".

1 Over many years of food drives, O'Neill has perfected a complicated points system for the competition between homerooms. Extra points are awarded for larger, more expensive items and items that are deemed to be high-need.
